Remove an add-on
- Open Google Workspace™ Marketplace while signed in to the account that installed the add-on.
- Open “Manage apps,” select Sheet Analyst, Drive Suite or Form Amp, and choose Uninstall.
- To revoke authorization separately, open your Google Account™’s third-party connections, select the add-on and remove access.
After access is revoked, the add-on cannot access your Google files unless you authorize it again.
Delete Form Amp data
In the Google Forms™ Editor add-on, open Form Amp, choose the plan badge or Plan & privacy, select Delete Form Amp data for this Form, then type DELETE to confirm. This removes the current Form’s settings, seat counts, activity log and email delivery records, and removes Form Amp’s background triggers for that Form. It preserves the random installation identifier so deleting settings does not reset trial eligibility. The Form, its questions and responses are not changed. Form Amp’s “FA” results columns in your response Sheet, Sheets you created or exported, and sent emails remain yours; delete them in Google Sheets™, Drive™ or Mail if you no longer need them.
Delete Drive Suite data stored in Google
Drive Suite keeps file lists, reports, change history and action logs in spreadsheets in your Google Drive™. Uninstalling or revoking access does not delete those files. Open the relevant spreadsheet and delete Drive Suite file-list tabs or the spreadsheet itself if you no longer need them. In Drive Suite, use Jobs & history to remove eligible history and Monitor to delete schedules. To remove saved scan profiles, monitor settings, job history, pending action previews and stop the scheduled worker, open Drive Suite in Sheets, go to Account & plan, select Delete saved settings, check the confirmation box and confirm. This preserves the random licensing identifier to prevent accidentally resetting trial eligibility. The hidden _DS Queue and _DS Log tabs and _DS Changes report are in your spreadsheet; the visible DS - Action log is also a user-owned tab. Delete whichever reports you no longer need. These steps never delete underlying Drive files.
To request deletion of the opaque licensing identifier and associated licensing records, email support@betterworkapps.com from the account used with Drive Suite. Do not include folder URLs, file IDs, names, spreadsheet contents, license keys or payment details.
Delete Sheet Analyst settings
Formula snippets are stored in Apps Script user properties. Saved scenarios and transform recipes can be stored in document properties associated with a spreadsheet. Delete them from the relevant Sheet Analyst screens before uninstalling. If an in-product delete control is unavailable, contact support for instructions; Better Work Apps cannot remotely inspect or delete contents stored in your Google™ environment.
Licensing records
To request deletion of technical licensing metadata, email support@betterworkapps.com from the address used for your purchase and include your Polar receipt identifier. Do not email license keys or payment details.
Delete a support request
Email support@betterworkapps.com from the same address used to contact us. Include the approximate date and subject of the request. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically ask for a safer verification method. We will confirm receipt and respond within 30 days, subject to records we must retain for security or legal reasons.
