Acceptance
By installing or using Sheet Analyst, Drive Suite or Form Amp, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the relevant application.
License grant
Better Work Apps grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each product you install with Google™ accounts you own or control, subject to these terms and that product’s applicable plan limits. A license or paid plan for one product does not grant access to Pro features in another product.
Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute either application; remove proprietary notices; bypass access controls; or reverse engineer or create derivative works except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Updates
Updates may add, change or remove features. We may require updates for compatibility, security or continued operation. We do not promise that every feature will remain available.
Ownership
Sheet Analyst, Drive Suite, Form Amp and their code, design, documentation and branding remain the intellectual property of Better Work Apps and its licensors. This agreement does not transfer ownership to you.
Your content
You retain ownership of your spreadsheet content, Drive files and file details. You are responsible for having permission to use them, choosing the appropriate product settings, and reviewing any outputs or file changes before relying on them.
Warranty and liability
The disclaimers and limitations in our Terms of Service apply to this license. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
The license ends if you materially breach this agreement. You may end it by uninstalling the relevant application and ceasing use.
