Acceptance
By installing or using Sheet Analyst, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the application.
License grant
Better Work Apps grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sheet Analyst with Google accounts you own or control, subject to these terms and any applicable plan limits.
Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute Sheet Analyst; remove proprietary notices; bypass access controls; or reverse engineer or create derivative works except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Updates
Updates may add, change or remove features. We may require updates for compatibility, security or continued operation. We do not promise that every feature will remain available.
Ownership
Sheet Analyst and its code, design, documentation and branding remain the intellectual property of Better Work Apps and its licensors. This agreement does not transfer ownership to you.
Your content
You retain ownership of your spreadsheet content. You are responsible for having permission to use it and for reviewing any changes or results produced by the application.
Warranty and liability
The disclaimers and limitations in our Terms of Service apply to this license. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
The license ends if you materially breach this agreement. You may end it by uninstalling the application and ceasing use.
