Agreement
By accessing the website, installing Sheet Analyst, Drive Suite or Form Amp, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use a service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The services
Sheet Analyst provides spreadsheet analysis, modeling, simulation, auditing and data-preparation tools within Google Sheets™. Drive Suite creates file lists from accessible Google Drive™ metadata, refreshes and monitors those lists, creates reports, and offers file-management actions after an itemized preview and your confirmation. Features may create or modify spreadsheet, report, or Drive metadata based on choices you make. Neither product reads or exports Drive file contents.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your Google Account™, your files and spreadsheet content, having the rights and permissions needed for each operation, maintaining appropriate backups, choosing suitable settings and reviewing outputs before relying on them. Drive Suite cannot override Drive permissions, administrator policies, API quotas or Google service limits. Sheet Analyst, Drive Suite and Form Amp are productivity tools and do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or other professional advice.
Plans and subscriptions
Available features, plan limits, trial terms, prices and renewal/cancellation terms are shown in the product or before checkout. A trial starts only when you choose it. Paid subscriptions renew only as disclosed before purchase and can be cancelled through the stated merchant or customer portal. A license is for the account and use limits presented at purchase; contact support for a legitimate account-recovery move.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; gain unauthorized access; probe systems without written permission; bypass security, licensing or usage controls; or use the service to process data when you lack authority to do so.
Ownership and license
You retain ownership of your spreadsheet content, Forms, responses and Drive files. Better Work Apps and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation and branding. Your right to use Sheet Analyst, Drive Suite or Form Amp is governed by the shared End-User License Agreement. A plan for one product does not unlock paid features in another.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including Google Workspace™, Google Apps Script™, Vercel, Polar and our email provider. Their services and terms are outside our control. Google Sheets™ and Google Workspace™ are trademarks of Google™ LLC; Better Work Apps is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google™.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features to improve the service or address security, legal or Google™-platform requirements. We will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that generated results will be complete or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Work Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected product during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; for Free plan use, the limit is US$25. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Ending use
You may stop using and uninstall either add-on at any time and revoke its Google authorization. Uninstalling does not delete spreadsheets, reports, action logs, or other files created in your Google account; see our data-deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal obligations or a material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction where the service operator resides in India will have jurisdiction, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and effective date here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
