Agreement
By accessing the website, installing Sheet Analyst or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Sheet Analyst provides spreadsheet analysis, modeling, simulation, auditing and data-preparation tools within Google Sheets. Features may create or modify spreadsheet content based on choices you make.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your Google account, your spreadsheet content, having the rights needed to process that content, maintaining appropriate backups, choosing suitable settings and reviewing outputs before relying on them. Sheet Analyst is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or other professional advice.
Beta service
During public beta, features may change and defects may occur. Do not use beta software as the sole basis for safety-critical, financial-reporting or other high-impact decisions. Verify important calculations independently and keep recoverable copies of important workbooks.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; gain unauthorized access; probe systems without written permission; bypass security, licensing or usage controls; or use the service to process data when you lack authority to do so.
Ownership and license
You retain ownership of your spreadsheet content. Better Work Apps and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation and branding. Your right to use Sheet Analyst is governed by the End-User License Agreement.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Vercel and our email provider. Their services and terms are outside our control. Google Sheets and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC; Better Work Apps is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or manage the beta. We will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that generated results will be complete or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Work Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from use of the service. For free beta use, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed US$25. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Ending use
You may stop using and uninstall Sheet Analyst at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal obligations or a material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction where the service operator resides in India will have jurisdiction, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and effective date here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
