Report a vulnerability
Email support@betterworkapps.com with “Security report” in the subject, a clear summary, affected feature, reproducible steps and likely impact. Use a test spreadsheet containing no personal or confidential data.
Please do
- Test only accounts and data you own or are authorized to use.
- Avoid privacy violations, service disruption, data destruction and social engineering.
- Give us reasonable time to investigate before public disclosure.
- Stop testing and notify us if you encounter data belonging to another person.
Please do not send
Do not email passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, license keys, live customer data or executable malware. We will arrange a safer transfer method if sensitive evidence is genuinely required.
Our approach
Sheet Analyst limits Google access to the current spreadsheet and container interface during beta. Production secrets belong only in managed deployment environments, and spreadsheet content is not sent to Better Work Apps servers. We aim to acknowledge actionable security reports within five business days.
