Copy your key from Polar, then unlock Pro in Google Forms™.

Open the Polar purchase email
Look for the confirmation from Better Work Apps via Polar,then select Access purchase. Check spam or promotions if it is not visible within a few minutes.

Copy your license key
In the Polar customer portal, scroll to Benefit Grants, open the Form Amp Pro license benefit, and copy the license key shown there. Keep it private.

Activate in Form Amp
Open any Google Form, then choose Add-ons → Form Amp → Open Form Amp → Plan & privacy (or select the Free tag at the top). Paste the key and select Activate. The tag changes to Pro as soon as Polar confirms the subscription.
The license key—not an email-address match—links your purchase to Form Amp. To use Pro from another Google account, open Plan & privacy there and select Restore access with the same key.
